Flownyx · flownyx.ai · effective July 2026
Flownyx is a private, invite-only advertising command center operated by its owner. It is not offered as a public service.
What we collect
When you connect an advertising or social account (Meta, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), Flownyx stores the account identifiers, campaign structure, performance metrics, and creative assets needed to operate those accounts, along with OAuth tokens — encrypted at rest. If a site owner installs the Flownyx tracking pixel, it records page views and conversion events (URL, referrer, click identifiers, and a first-party device identifier) on that owner's behalf.
How it's used
Data is used solely to report on and manage the connected accounts: performance analysis, budget and delivery management, creative testing, and attribution. Data is never sold or shared with third parties beyond the platforms it originates from (e.g., forwarding conversion events back to Meta's Conversions API at the account owner's direction).
Storage & retention
Data lives in access-controlled databases (Supabase) and object storage (DigitalOcean), scoped per organization with row-level security. Raw tracking events are pruned to archives after their attribution window. Access tokens can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the account or from the platform's own security settings.
